- Isolation Room: For temporary warding of unwell tenants
- Mass Hall: Capacity of 800 equipped with TV sets
- Minimart: Open daily from 5am to Midnight, including public holidays. Snacks from all nationalities are available.
Security
A professional Security Company provides efficient Security Guards to perform their duties at the SCAL Dormitory. They uphold the security and safety aspect of the tenants here round the clock. Patrols of the entire dormitory are done on a daily basis. CCTV cameras are installed at various strategic locations to monitor the situation of the dormitories.
